This paper aims to explain the privacy of the credit card as a modern payment method in terms of its parties, the mechanism of use, and the order to pay in it.

We have concluded that the credit card as a modern payment method is characterized by a special legal system that stands by itself and is governed by the system of the contract concluded between the direct parties to the bank card.

The triple relationship between each of the card issuer, the holder, and the merchant, and these emerging relationships are different and distinguished from those relationships arising from the rest of the contracts named in the framework Civil law, and that the payment system in it is distinguished by a special character unlike payment in traditional means, which is the irrevocability of the payment order, and this is what creates the most kind of credit and confidence in the hearts of its dealers compared to traditional means of payment.
