this research paper, aims to explain the position of the jurisprudence Islamik on the freedom of belief, we try this research paper, aims to explain the position of the jurisprudence Islamik on the freedom of belief, we try clarification the concept about the question of freedom of belief our Islamik religion: by a set of the opinions and priciples of the Islamic jurists powered by verses of Koran and legitimate evidence which recognsing on the freedom of belief.

In addition to clarifying the position of the Algerian legislator on the right to religious belief, trying to identify the most important effects of the Algerian constitution's adoption of the right to freedom of belief by granting them the right to establish and practice their religious rites, and to preserve their temples and sanctities, since Islam obliges non-Muslims to respect the Islamic religion.

However, we have search the most important restrictions of this freedom.

In the conclusion this research paper, we have present some the most important a number of recommendations about the fredoom of belief.
