rom the premise that health is a basic human right, most countries of the world are working to implement the right to health and promote comprehensive health care services through several methods and methods, such as developing health policies, building health institutions and centers, developing health services, creating new systems that are in line with Technological developments such as digital health, and recent circumstances, especially during the Corona pandemic, have demonstrated the importance of maintaining and expanding comprehensive health care and coverage, and the need to shift towards the use of emerging digital health applications as a mechanism to confront the repercussions of this pandemic, and in this field, most countries have sought The world has to develop plans and strategies aimed at developing comprehensive health care in line with the conditions the world witnessed recently from the Corona epidemic.
