Information and Communication Technology is widely considered as a vital part of Knowledge Management, providing a means for knowledge sharing.

However, it is not enough with the emergence of a network society.

In this research, we aim to demonstrate that ICT is ideally capable of enhancing social stimulates knowledge sharing.

As a result of research into the scientific production of knowledge exchange in the context of organizational networks and the use of the descriptive analytical approach, we have explained that the communication of individuals through ICT tools constitutes social capital in network institutions, which in turn enhances the sense of feeling trust among team members to respond to the exchange of internal and external knowledge.
