In light of this research, we aim to identify the most important projects that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has adopted in order to internationalize its higher education system, which has made it a pioneering Arab experience that is concerned with building bridges of scientific and academic cooperation with advanced universities from the Arab world or Western countries.

Where it did so as an imperative to confront the successive effects of globalization and to raise the level of performance of Saudi universities in light of the broad scientific competition and keeping pace with technological changes.

We concluded that there is hardly a Saudi university devoid of an administration that is concerned with the activation of internationalization projects and is represented in the management of international cooperation, the management of agreements or the management of exhibitions.

This is within the framework of achieving the strategic vision outlined by the Kingdom of Education in the Kingdom of 2030, which provides for university education competing for leadership.
