The system of administrative decentralization is one of the most prominent of the systems that distribute administrative burdens on the central and local authority, and due to the tasks undertaken by the latter, it has become its duty to advance the sectors that represent its borders, including contributing to its development, relying on local resources and dispensing with the public treasury, especially after economic conditions as Algeria is witnessing, it has become necessary and urgent for all municipalities and states to bear their burdens on their own, and therefore it is necessary to discuss the mechanisms that play this role and contribute to the revitalization of states and municipalities and reduce pressure on the central authority, whether in terms of decision-making or financing.
