This study have dealt with the theory of the protracted social conflict theory of Edward Azar, which is linked to the analysis of identity-related conflicts that spread strongly in the African continent and are of a very complex nature, whether in terms of its backgrounds, causes or consequences on the national state and its vicinity ; this divers social structure makes it difficult to move from the logic of regional institution clan-tribe-group to the logic of national institutions-state-.

the future of state in its modern sense can be foreseen through the relationship between the variable of social conflict and the modern national state becomes one of expulsion, the stronger the community’s priority and the logic of conflict between it whenever this adversely affects the power and cohesion of the national state.
