The technological revolution in the field of communications provided great services to individuals and countries alike, as the latter facilitated their daily lives, and the best evidence of this is the great reliance on the internet in the various transactions that they carry out, but this expansion in the use of this means of communication did not pass peacefully, criminals have transferred their criminal acts to this virtual world, so that these crimes impose their logic through the natoinal an international legal arena, which led various legislations to reconsider their substantive and procedural legal arsenal in order to deal with this emerging criminal phenomenon.
