The aim of this research is to identify the Arab feminism through the works and writings of the Egyptian doctor and writer Nawal El-Saadawi that was able to combine medicine, literature and philosophy in her scientific path.

She continues through her writings and opinions to provoke widespread controversy among the Arab elite, not only for her defense of Arab women's rights and the struggle to obtain their civil and political rights, but also for her rebellion against the prevailing Arab culture, and for her writings breaking the taboos of sex and religion.

In addition to this, she was able to talk about the unspoken in Islamic thought, such as the question of sex, which she tried to analyze by linking it to moral, social and religious questions.
