Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to uncover the relationship between the system of operational treatment of working memory and the understanding of readers, and to identify individual differences in the degrees of reading followed by a variant of sex (male/female) on a sample of fourth-year primary school pupils at the Bashir Brothers School Ain bessem /Bouira.

The size of 30 pupils was randomly selected, and the study used the descriptive method.

Harris Jonadov's IQ test was applied in order to control variables and exclude students with a lack of IQ.

In order to verify hypotheses, the IQ test was applied in reverse order from the Wexler scale, as well as the reading understanding test.

The output has been addressed by statistical methods, such as the Pearson correlation factor and the test for (t) independent and homogeneous samples.

The study found that there is a relationship between an executive treatment system and a reader's understanding, and there are no individual differences in readership according to the gender variable (male/female) of fourth-year primary pupils.
