The study aimed to find out whether there is a statistically significant relationship between mental health and the satisfaction of specialization of students in the sciences and techniques of physical and sports activities, The researchers used the descriptive approach in its correlative style, The study sample included 60 students from istaps Bouira, And we selected the search sample in a simple random way, And Researchers have used a measure of mental health and satisfaction with study specialization, And we relied on a range of statistical tools Percentage, Finally, a statistical positive correlation between mental health and study specialization satisfaction was established, The researchers therefore recommended that guidance programmes should be established for first-year university students in all disciplines, aimed at informing them of the reality of their academic specialties.
