We aim through this study to clarify the concept and history of the temporary cash waqf, extrapolate its legality in cash and temporarily, and clarify its forms and applied forms, with a focus on detailing the issue of zakat in lending and investment, according to the view of the Maliki jurists.

The study concluded the legality of the temporary cash waqf, and even its importance in financing establishment industrial, agricultural, service and commercial institutions.

Many jurisprudential provisions, especially the issue of zakat.

Accordingly, it appeared that it could be implemented realistically and implemented in practice, whether at the level of government or endowment institutions or even at the level of individuals and groups.
