Abstract EN

The study aimed to highlight the impact of the diversification strategy on the performance of business organizations according to the balanced scorecard with its four dimensions (the financial dimension, the learning and growth dimension, the customers dimension, the internal operations dimension).

The research included testing the main hypothesis and sub-hypotheses to find out the relationship and influence between the research variables using the statistical program (SPSS) and then processing the data obtained.

The research reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which was the existence of a correlation and impact relationship between the diversification strategy and the dimensions of the balanced scorecard.

In light of the findings, the study presented a set of suggestions related to the subject.
