Abstract EN

The study aims to highlight the extent of effectiveness in achieving sustainable agricultural development at the national level through the agricultural programs adopted by the Algerian government for the period 2010-2019.

This sector is considered sensitive due to the fact that it requires the provision of food in a stable and regular manner, with the need to respect the various conditions and specifications and to provide the required quantity and quality.

The analytical study that we carried out through a set of indicators through which we were able to conclude that despite the development plans and the good results achieved at the level of the agricultural sector and its aspiration towards the advancement of the sector and the achievement of sustainable agricultural development, it did not reach the desired goals, the indicators are still far In fact, these development programs did not achieve significant results for sustainable agricultural development.
