one of the most important of these is strategic regional planning, which allows for long-term expectation and organization of urban development, which in fact combines a comprehensive vision formed by all actors with the integration of sectoral policies.

in order to establish comprehensive and sustainable local development that relies on available local resources, both physically and humanly, to be an alternative to the financial and material assistance and subsidies provided by the state and governments to local communities.
