The tribe of Eith Bouyahia belongs to the Rif tribes that have lived in the eastern Rif Moroccan region since at least the sixteenth century, and about its origins the early researchers and historians disagreed, as well as disagreed on the origins of the Amazighs, but the reality of the situation says that it is an Amazigh tribe that inhabits the southern part of the eastern countryside, its influence extends from Aroui in the north to the border of Grasif in the south, bordered to the north by the tribe of Qalaiya, and from the east bordered by the Arab tribe of Awlad Stout, while in the west we find the tribe of Lamtalasa nearby socially, culturally and even linguistically It belongs to the tribe of Eith Bouyahi, while the south is bordered by Arab tribes.
