The United States of America, in the name of the fight against terrorism, has used all means to achieve its goals and objectives by using force against fully sovereign States, violating its obligations and flouting all international norms.

I have invoked some international resolutions adopted by the Security Council against some States, including, but not limited to, Afghanistan and Iraq, however, in the course of their analysis of these resolutions, the scholars of international law did not find that the United States alone was authorized to use force against entire states of sovereignty.
