Abstract EN

This study came to stand out the African Organization’s efforts in the development as a human and people rights.

It’s the duty of African countries, individually or cooperatively, to guarantee exercising this right.

The organization of African unity adopted the Lagos Action Plan wich aimed to economic cooperation between these countries, followed by the foundation of the African Economic Community as a fundamental pillar of the African Economic integration.

However, African and international changes imposed on these countries to replace this Organization with a more effective one through activating collective action, restructuring Africa, in the New Partnership for Africa’s Development, and adopting the African agenda 2063 as one of economic and social strategy of the African Union
