Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to address the success requirements of the traditional bank transformation to Islamic banking work with the drop in the case of Algeria and clarify the most important challenges and obstacles to banks during shift Using the descriptive approach and the analytical approach ،the study concluded the necessity of providing a set of legal, administrative and legal requirements to ensure the success of the transformation .

The banks that support the transformation may also face a number of challenges ،including legal challenges and others related to the dominance of public banks On the banking market ، which has no desire to transform ،as well as the reluctance of individuals to turn to Islamic banking transactions due to their high cost on the one hand ،and the ambiguity of the Shari’ a’s position on these transactions on the other hand.
