The issue of muslim women's marriage of a non-muslim has raised a wide debate, especially in light of globalization's results that created convergence between people of diffrent religious, so it became easy for muslim women to marry non-muslims, and even increased it percentage on earth.

It is a matter that requieres a review of the legal ruling for this type of marriage and how the family's external legislation dealt with it, so did it maintain its adherence to the legal inpediment? Or did it retreat from it to satisfy the international community, some of the liberation taboos and legal opinions jurisprudence calling for a review of the legal reference and keeping pace with developement and what reality imposes?
