انشر مفهوم الجودة في مختلف المجالات انتشارا واسعا، ومن هذه المجالات مجال التربية والتعليم، حيث أصبحت الجودة ترتبط بمعايير والتركيز على المنتوج النوعي في مختلف مكونات المنظومة التربوية، ولهذا وبهذا أصبح مفهوم الجودة مرتبطا بأي إصلاح يمس المنظومة التربوية من منظور شمولي لمختلف المكونات.

The concept of quality has spread widely in various fields, and one of these areas is the field of education, where quality has become associated with standards and focus on qualitative products in the various components of the educational system.
therefore, the concept of quality has become linked to any reform that affects the educational system from a holistic perspective for the various components.
