Consumer resistance has been the subject of significant recent development in marketing.
the objective of this article is to identify the explanatory factors of the resistance behavior of the Algerian consumer towards the generic drug and this in spite of the battery of measures adopted by the Algerian government, in order to promote the generic drug and to regularize the Algerian drug market.
a literature review and a quantitative study were carried out with a sample of 180 patients at the end of this data collection, the investigation reveals the importance of establishing a climate of confidence between the health actors around the sharing of the knowledge and the power on the drugs.

La résistance du consommateur a fait l'objet d'un développement significatif récent en marketing.
l'objectif de cet article est d'identifier les facteurs explicatifs du comportement de résistance du consommateur Algérien vis-à-vis du médicament générique et ceci malgré la batterie de mesures adoptée par le gouvernement Algérien, afin de promouvoir le médicament générique et de régulariser de la sorte le marché Algérien des médicaments.
une revue de littérature et une étude quantitative ont été menée auprès d'un échantillon de 180 patients au terme de cette collecte de donnée, l'enquête révèle l'importance d'instaurer un climat de confiance entre les acteurs de santé autour du partage du savoir et du pouvoir sur les médicaments.
