Business incubators are the basis for the development of a mechanism that incubates the owners of creative ideas and high-growth projects within a specific and relatively small spatial space, provides common basic services to support entrepreneurs with new ideas and technology, and facilitates the period of initiation of the establishment of the project by providing appropriate financial resources for the nature of these projects and facing the high risks resulting from their establishment, in addition to providing this system of basic administrative services, it also provides aid, specialized technical consultations and assistance marketing sometimes, depending on the nature of the projects.
