Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the impact of social role models on the entrepreneurial intention in order to achieve the entrepreneurial behavior.

The study relied on the descriptive approach in defining the concepts and the theoretical framework for the research variables, and the analytical approach in analyzing the data that was monitored through 1128 questionnaires distributed to Algerian university students, where AMOS24 structural equations were used.

The results of the study concluded that the social role model has a strong direct positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention, and a direct impact on the entrepreneurial behavior, where the role model serves as a guide to the entrepreneurial behavior.
