We aim through this research paper to shed light on the problem of sexual harassment with a disabled person, a "mental disability" that has become a real threat to society due to the difficulty of detecting it and the privacy of the victim for the harasser.

We aim through this study to reveal the nature of this harassment, to know its forms, indicators, causes, clinical manifestations of the harasser.

Finally, suggestions are given to protect the disabled person from sexual harassment.
