The medina document, or the civil constitution, is a text that Muhammad (the human prophet) founded in order to build a consensual state with yathrib as its capital, it’s not based on the centrality of religion, language or ethnicity, but on citizenship and justice between different races and religions; this document, which Muhammad (God's blessing and peace be upon him) wrote to the inhabitants of medina after the emigration from mecca, it was built on the foundations of justice.

Freedoms, respect for and acceptance of the other as a human self.

That Conflict is usually based on culture, identity and religion; this happens first by guaranteeing financial rights and receivables, as the Prophet's document did and bet on.
