There is no doubt that the protection of the child is the goal that all countries of the world seek to embody, especially since the international community has dedicated the protection of this vulnerable group within its international conventions, especially the Convention on the Protection of the Rights of the Child of 1989.

Achieving that protection.

If the protection of the child in general is a priority of the state, the protection of the category of the rescued child is one of the most important priorities that the state must take care of.

Therefore, it was necessary to find institutional and legal ways to ensure the provision of special protection to the category of child paramedic, as it is a fragile group within the category of children, which prompted us, through this research paper, to try to highlight the most important means of child paramedic protection, especially in view of the horrific increase in the number of paramedic children in Algeria, so It was necessary to research the condition of the child in the medical field and the consequences of integrating him into a foster family.

In order to highlight the situation of the child paramedic who is sponsored within the framework of sponsorship in Algerian law, we followed the descriptive and analytical approach to reach a conclusion that the Algerian legislator has devoted child protection in general and child paramedic in particular, making the judiciary an important role in tracking the status of the paramedic child within the foster family and taking all of the It is to achieve the best interest of the paramedic child in accordance with the requirements of the law.
