The main objective of this article is to question the reality of the personal and professional trajectory of young precarious workers, in order to verify the impact of the latter on the construction of their professional identity.
To this end, we conducted a qualitative survey, by means of a semi-structured interview, with a panel of 10 young people in a public company operating in the construction sector.
The survey material was thus subject to thematic analysis.
Furthermore, the results show that the trajectory plays a primordial role in the construction of the identity of these young people and that their trajectory brings out a set of characteristics (age, level of education, self-esteem, individualism, neutrality.

Cet article a pour principal objectif l'interrogation de la réalité de la trajectoire personnelle et professionnelle des jeunes travailleurs précaires, dans le but de vérifier l'impact de cette dernière sur la construction de leur identité professionnelle.
Pour ce faire, nous avons mené une enquête qualitative, par entretien semi-directif, auprès d'un panel de 10 jeunes au sein d'une entreprise publique exerçant dans le secteur du bâtiment.
Le matériau d'enquête a fait, ainsi, objet d'une analyse thématique.
Par ailleurs, les résultats montrent que le parcours joue un rôle primordial dans la construction de l'identité chez ces jeunes et que leur trajectoire ressort un ensemble de caractéristiques (âge, niveau d'instruction, estime de soi, individualisme, neutralité.
