The importance of the research lies in the legal adaptation of the most heinous crimes committed by Israel in Palestine (war crimes and the crime of aggression), which particularly affected human rights that have become sacred under international principles and texts, in a statement of the reality of these international crimes committed against the Palestinian people and the extent to which international law applies to Israel Even in theory.

In order to study the subject of war crimes and the crime of aggression committed against the Palestinians according to the Rome Statute Court, we divided the research into two sections.
