Abstract AR
تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين حق الإنسان في البيئة و التنمية المستدامة، بالوقوف على مدى تأثير هذا الحق و تأثره بالتنمية، لأن إعمال الحق في البيئة و ارتباطه بالتنمية المستدامة هدف مركب و معقد، تحقيقه طويل الامد، لتجسيد المصالح الإنسانية المشتركة، و منع مصادرة حقوق الأجيال الحاضرة و المستقبلية.
حيث تم التوصل إلى أن هذه العلاقة متداخلة متكاملة و وثيقة، تتحقق برفع مستوى الوعي للمحافظة على البيئة، و تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، لوضع حد لمظاهر الاعتداء على البيئة و غياب العدالة البيئية و أساليب التنمية غير المستدامة.
Abstract EN
The study aims to determine the relationship between the right to the environment and sustainable development, and the impact of this right and its impact on development, to embody common human interests, and prevent the confiscation of the rights of generations.
It was concluded that the relationship is intertwined, integrated and close, achieved by preserving the environment, to put an end to the manifestations of aggression, the ence of environmental justice and unsustainable development methods
