The world is experiencing many wars and international and non-internationalconflicts, armed and unarmed, so the issue of respecting human rights andchildren's rights has become one of the international obligations to which thestate is formally bound in the framework of its respect for international law, therefore international humanitarian law enshrined the obligation to respect theprotection of children's rights during armed conflicts and put into effectagreements and treaties to achieve effective protection for these children, because children are the most affected due to their vulnerability, That is why weparticipated in a research paper entitled International efforts to protect the rightsof children in times of armed conflict.
