This study aims to clarify the importance of crowd funding for emerging institutions in Algeria, and the challenges that hinder the development and expansion of crowd funding in Algeria have been addressed, through a case study of the ninvesti platform.

The study concluded that crowd funding is a mechanism to increase opportunities for financing emerging institutions, and there are several factors and challenges that impede the development of financing platforms in Algeria, including the ence of a legal framework, inflation and the ence of an investment culture, and for the success of emerging institutions, infrastructure must be provided that contributes to enhancing investor confidence
