Abstract EN

This study aims to shed light on the start-ups in Algeria by presenting some of the structures that the state has harnessed to support and accompany this type of enterprises, in addition to highlighting the role played by the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Promotion of Innovation, that were created in 2019, as well as presenting the tasks of the local structures affiliated with them represented in each of the support and counselling centers and the nurseries of the enterprises.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that this new agency seeks to achieve the state's policy in the field of establishing, developing and sustaining small and medium enterprises, including emerging ones, and to achieve this, the agency's local structures carry out tasks through what the nurseries provide before and during the construction process and the services provided by the centers for the benefit of enterprises.
