Popular proverbs are a beautiful, artistic and educational picture of the society in which they are said, and they are part of the purposeful popular culture that aims to teach people how to deal with their living conditions.

He gets married and how to raise his children, and teaches the farmer when to plow and how to reap its fruits, and teaches the woman how to take care of her home, her children, and her husband, and teaches the craftsman how to succeed in his craft.

The Al-Masili proverb, like other proverbs of the homeland, has meaningful social lessons and connotations, which we discuss in this research paper in the hope that we will open the way for scholars to enrich it, show the richness of this region in proverbs, and show lessons that serve development in society
