The Mali's crisis and it's developments aroused great concern among the international community, with in turn led to a series of measures in other to solve the crisis and achieve security and peace in the region which as strategic players, specifically the French role in rebuilding the military institution in Mali in line with its geopolitical interest, and the quality of the links that France builds with political decision making in African countries.
