This article is devoted to exposing the issue of valuation of unlisted companies, and aims to explore the different methods of business valuation.
The article was conducted around a private sector company, La SARL LGA, as delights of unlisted Algerian SMEs.
At the end of this work, we found that the difficulty in the field of evaluation is not that of applying the evaluation methods, but that of choosing the appropriate method.
This is why the objective of the evaluation is to determine, not a price, but a range of values called the "negotiating zone".

Le présent article a pour objectif d'exposer la problématique d'évaluation des entreprises non cotées en bourse, et vise à explorer les différentes méthodes d'évaluation d'entreprises, L'article a été mené autour d'une société du secteur privé, La SARL LGA, comme échantillon des PME algériennes non cotées.
Au terme de ce travail, on a constaté que la difficulté dans le domaine de l'évaluation n'est pas celle d'appliquer les méthodes d'évaluation, mais celle de choisir la méthode adéquate.
C'est pourquoi l'évaluation a pour objectif de déterminer, non pas un prix, mais une fourchette de valeurs appelée « zone de négociation ».
