The entrepreneurial dynamic involves an intentional approach determined by certain factors (motivations and obstacles) that we will try to identify and analyze in our study on female entrepreneurship.
Using a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative), two investigative tools (the interview and the questionnaire), involving a local association that promotes female job creators and a probability sample of 28 women entrepreneurs.
Approaching the reality of these women creating new businesses will allow us to know these main determinants, which will have as a more or less important obstacle the socio-cultural barriers and the primary motivation to be one's own boss.
These results can be mitigated by the multiplicity of female networks and the presence of specific support for this type of entrepreneurship.

La dynamique entrepreneuriale implique une démarche intentionnelle déterminée par certains facteurs (motivations et obstacles) que nous tenterons d'identifier et d'analyser dans notre étude sur l'entrepreneuriat féminin en utilisant une méthode mixte (qualitative et quantitative), deux outils d'investigations (l'entretien et le questionnaire) impliquant une association locale qui promeut la femme créatrice d'emplois et un échantillonnage probabiliste de 28 femmes entrepreneures.
Approcher la réalité de ces femmes créatrices de nouvelles entreprises, nous permettra de connaitre ses principaux déterminants, qui auront comme obstacle plus ou moins important les barrières socioculturelles et motivation première d'être son propre patron.
Ces résultats peuvent être atténués par la multiplicité des réseaux féminins et la présence d'accompagnement spécifique à ce genre d'entrepreneuriat.
