Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the administrative bullying and its relationship to the self-esteem of the teachers of private basic schools in the city of Jerusalem, by identifying the level of the administrative bullying behavior and the level of self-esteem the relationship of the administrative bullying behavior to the self-esteem of these teachers from their point of view.

the researcher used the descriptive analytical method.

for the purposes of collecting data and achieving its objectives, a questionnaire was designed for the study, commensurate with the study and its variables.

the study population consisted of all private primary school teachers in the city of Jerusalem during the 2021-2022 school year, whose total number was (474) male and female teachers.

a simple random sample was selected from all teachers of private primary schools in the city of Jerusalem during the academic year (2021-2022).

the sample size was (243) male and female teachers, representing 51% of the study population.

questionnaires were distributed to them, where (200) were retrieved.

valid for statistical analysis, representing (82.3%) of the distributed data.

the study showed that the level of relative importance of the dimension of "administrative bullying" was medium and after "self-esteem" was medium, and the results showed that there was a contribution of administrative bully to self-esteem of teachers of private primary schools in the city of Jerusalem.

in light of the results, the study recommended the following to carry out studies and research to identify the motives of employees to carry out the behaviors of administrative bullying and the effective methods for dealing with it, and effective communication with all parties to the process of administrative bullying and understanding the mechanisms of dealing with them.
