Which you live today, where technology has emerged as an influential factor in all activities and operations, especially those related to information processing and communication and its connection to the sports field, and through the use of advanced systems that can build modern ideas and directions, so the trend has become towards modern administrative methods, including lean management, where it was used by several institutions in order to eliminate all forms of waste resulting from administrative processes in organizations, since the beginning of the twentieth century, many institutions seek to use the dimensions of lean management, i.e.

economy in the use of resources of all kinds in order to achieve high efficiency, and management is characterized by sports clubs It is responsible for the development of many services provided to members, after the emergence of the term agile management There have been many researches and studies to determine the elements and activities necessary to achieve their concept because they seek to achieve great gains for all owners of institutions, whether civil or governmental, and then the researcher believes that it is necessary to pay attention to the employees of all departments in sports clubs in northern Upper Egypt in the Arab Republic of Egypt to create a business environment commensurate with This global acceleration to produce sports activities with high efficiency and high quality, at the lowest cost and the least possible waste in order to achieve a unique position in the global sports market for business, and agile management with its various tools is considered one of the most important entrances that focus on flexibility of performance with policies to reduce waste and rapid response to customers, which directs the performance of institutions The importance of research stems from the fact that it seeks to shed light on the creative environment and communication technology and their relationship to agile management among workers in sports clubs in northern Upper Egypt, and to provide advice and guidance to workers in developing mechanisms and taking Procedures to activate lean management with some Clubs in the governorates of northern Upper Egypt.

The aim of the research: The research aims to identify: the creative environment and communication technology and their relationship to agile management in some sports clubs in the governorates of northern Upper Egypt.

Sports clubs in the northern governorates of Upper Egypt Research procedures: - Research methodology: The researcher used the research community approach in the permanent employees at various administrative levels in the sports clubs in the governorates of northern Upper Egypt, and they are (Fayoum - Beni Suef - Minya) and their number is (777 individuals).

Of the masters who are aware of the various job grades in the selected sports clubs from the governorates of northern Upper Egypt, including Fayoum, Beni Suef and Minya.

The researcher prepared (2) questionnaires to identify "the creative environment and communication technology and their relationship to agile management in some sports clubs in the governorates of northern Upper Egypt." in northern Upper Egypt), and then the researcher presented the questionnaire to a group of academic experts in the field of sports management.

I got 80% or more from the group of expert opinions.

Conclusions: The researcher concluded that the creative environment and communication technology is constant and continuous in any sports institution.

There is no plan in the sports clubs to provide the used modern technological equipment and tools, the failure to provide a budget allocated for them, and the poor investment of sports clubs for their potential to activate and support the creative environment among the workers in sports clubs.

Recommendations In the light of the research results and within the limits of the sample, the researcher recommends the following: Applying the proposed strategy to activate the role of agile management in sports clubs in northern Upper Egypt.

And qualifying the leaders and employees of the various sports clubs with the skills and knowledge necessary to use the agile management practices within the sports clubs in northern Upper Egypt as one of the modern administrative entrances necessary to improve work in an appropriate creative environment according to the use of modern technology, spreading awareness and setting goals for it as an economic perspective commensurate with the elements of the resistance of each club separately.

It helps in achieving the required goals, consolidating the culture of modern communication technology, working with it in the North Upper Egypt clubs, and coordinating between institutions to use agile management in governmental and private bodies.
