The objective of the research is to identify the relationship between student union programs and the promotion of digital citizenship among secondary school students.

the results of the research showed that : from the point of view of the students and workers, there is a medium positive correlation between the student union programs and the promotion of the values and rules of citizenship among secondary school students), which is a significant correlation at the level of significance (0.05), (0.01), meaning that the greater the implementation of Student union programs whenever digital citizenship is enhanced among secondary school students, and the validity of the hypotheses is evident.
