Abstract EN

The research examined the impact of psychological, social and environmental factors on the quality of work and creative thinking among workers at Ain Shams University, where, despite the grand importance that various organizations attach to the phenomenon of social, psychological and environmental factors, which has become an unavoidable general feature, as their impact extends to all organizations, whether productive or service, and to their workers, whether heads or subordinates, but to varying degrees, despite the results of world studies in this area, some of which have shown the considerable material losses caused by psychological and social mismatches with the working environment and their impact on the quality of work and the creative pattern of workers, this has a significant and significant impact on the economies of developed countries, as well as the physical and mental illnesses caused to thousands of workers and other negative problems and aspects.

The research's interest in studying the impact of psychological, social and environmental factors on the quality of work and creative thinking among workers, although there has been a great deal of research and studies on the impact of social, psychological and environmental factors and their relationship with certain psychological, moral and health variables, and organizational variables such as psychological compatibility, performance, organizational loyalty and other variables, has not been given the importance they deserve.

Therefore, the current study has contributed by identifying the effects of social, psychological and environmental factors and their potential for a clear impact on the quality of work and creative performance of employees in universities and educational organizations, which affect their behavior at work.

The study concluded that psychological, social and environmental factors have an impact on the quality of work of workers as well as on the promotion of creative thinking.

The study also concluded with a set of recommendations with a view to providing these factors in institutions and making use of them with a view to achieving quality work, which contributes to increased productivity, as well as to increasing the creative thinking capacity of workers in educational institutions, particularly those working at the University of Ain Shams.
