Within the framework of the endeavor of renewal, this study seeks to reveal the details of the critical vision of the poet “Hammoud Ramadan” in its romantic leg from the site of modernization that the practices tried, and it adopts the path of experimentation with the text impact in the center, where the romantic practice began as a replacement for the traditional, in light of the relationship established by the poets with the Arab culture in the East.

the Algerian poet Ramadan Hammoud lived his poetic alienation within a cultural structure and mentalities that absented the essential in the conception of poetry as a fact of the act of progress in societies and nations and made it a traditional poetic practice, which is in the judgment of death or in a backward dependence on revival ; a model to emulate.

in this regard, we single out the name Ramadan Hammoud with an extensive lesson that presents its theoretical perceptions and refers to the romantic characteristics that he adopted in building his project, as well as to his catalytic role for poetic renewal in Arabic.

whether in his interest in the concept of poetry, the poet's legal status, or the interaction with foreign poetry, as long as these theoretical elements and textual issues are embodied in particular by the Arabic romantic program.
