يعد ميدان فهم المنطوق من النشاطات التعليمية الأساسية التي ركزت عليها المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية في ضوء إصلاحات الجيل الثاني، لتفعيل كفاءة التواصل الشفهي، الذي يساعد في إثراء الحصيلة اللغوية للمتعلم و إكسابه قاعدة علمية متينة تساهم في إعطاء تعليمية اللغة العربية أهمية بالغة في تعليمها و تعلمها، لتنمية مهاراتها اللغوية و استعمالها بطرق وظيفية تواصلية ؛ لها الدور الأساسي في هيكلة أفكار المتعلم و صقل شخصيته لتمكينه من التعبير بلغة سليمة على المستوى الشفهي و الكتابي بالشكل الذي يضمن الممارسة الفعلية لها في مختلف المواقف التواصلية التي تعمل على إقحام المتعلم في الحياة المدرسية و الاجتماعية.
و عليه نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز الأهمية الوظيفية التي يتبوأها هذا الميدان التعليمي في ضوء إصلاحات الجيل الثاني، من خلال تنمية مهارة الاستماع و تطويرها باعتبارها اللبنة الأساسية لتحقيق كفاءة التعبير الشفهي لدى المتعلمين.
Abstract EN
Listening comprehension is one of the main educational activities that the Algerian educational system focuses on in the light of the 2nd generation reforms.
this activity aims at activating the oral communication competency which helps enriching the linguistic sum of the learner and at providing him with a solid scientific basis that contributes to giving the Arabic didactics a high importance to develop the linguistic skills and use it in communicative function.
it has the main role in structuring the ideas of the learner and shaping his personality to enable him to communicate in a good language orally and in a written way that guarantees the effective practice of language in the various communicative situations that engage the learner in the social and school life.
