The present study attempts to highlight the tools of the guiding strategy in hadith, in light of the power that the speaker possesses or that the addressee can have.

we have discussed the concept of guiding strategy and we have mentioned its most important mechanisms.

we have also defined the concepts of power, mentioned its types, and explained the extent of its influence in directing hadith.

in that, power achieves pragmatic purposes in the guiding hadith.

the study culminates with a summary of the most important findings.
