The study aimed to shed light on the reality of the job performance measurement system adopted by the local groups, and to identify the strengths and weaknesses through the employees’ investigation themselves about the methods used and the means of measuring and evaluating the performance of employees, and does it fully reflect the effort exerted and the real and different efficiency among the incumbent employees for the same job or different jobs.

the results of the study proved the existence of a general weakness in the approved traditional performance measurement system, which led to a negative impression prevailing among most of the surveyed employees.
