Abstract EN
This article deals with the impact of the intranet use on the context of work in a firm.
after a conceptual clarification of the functionality of this technology, we present some results of a survey of 91 persons conducted in GL2Z plant of Sonatrach.
this survey is based on a questionnaire witch mad possible to construct the variables of our research with SPSS software.
we lean on chi square test of independency between the intranet use and some variables characterizing the works context in this organization.
the results highlight a positive and significant impact of intensive use of intranet and the quality of information, the work coordination and the resources saving.
contrary to some empirical finding, the use of intranet does not seem to favor the sharing of knowledge witch is considered today us an important factor of firm performance.
Abstract FRE
Nous nous intéressons dans cet article à l'impact de l'intranet sur le contexte du travail dans l'entreprise.
après une clarification des fonctionnalités attendues de l'intranet sur le plan conceptuel, nous mettrons en exergues les résultats d'une enquête réalisée auprès de 91 salariés du complexe GL2z du groupe Sonatrach.
cette enquête est basée sur un questionnaire qui a permis de construire les variables de notre recherche sous le logiciel spss.
des tests d'indépendance (Khi 2) ont été effectués pour examiner la relation entre l'usage de l'intranet et des variables caractérisant le contexte du travail.
les résultats ont montré que l'usage intensif de l'intranet a un impact positif et significatif sur la circulation de l'information, la coordination et l'économie des ressources.
cependant, l'exploitation de l'intranet ne semble pas favoriser le partage des connaissances qui devient aujourd'hui un facteur important de la performance et du développement de l'entreprise.
