Abstract EN

The article deals with the conceptual of a phenomenon that formed the main reason for the birth of the national liberation movement in Algeria during the period of revolutionary and armed action activity (1954-1962).

It is related to the process of building a national state and organizing society during the revolution and after achieving national independence.

If the state was the political aspect of society, the liberation movement would not have succeeded if there were no society based on it ‘s own and particular civilizational identity against the colonial project.

The political will emerged in three basic documents that constituted The political and ideological reference for the future state.

The first was the November ,1st proclamtion ,and the second was the Soummam Conference charter..and the third was the tripoli programme
