The escalation of the trend towards e-government that relies on the use of computer systems and the Internet which has become covering all parts of the world, Made it government facilities have become more vulnerable to cyber-attacks that can be targeted from anywhere in the world to carry out electronic espionage, steal information, disrupt service or sabotage system or plant viruses.

Accordingly, all governments aim to maintain the cyber security of these vital facilities and immunize them against any cyber-attack, through anti-virus programs, firewalls, the development of security systems and all necessary measures to prevent hacking of the computers of those facilities.
