Abstract EN

The study aims to investigate the role of non-state actors, which are the most important subjects of regional and international influence and the State itself, especially in exceptional circumstances such as transitional stages, political instability and the weakness of the State No example of this is the Houthi movement and its role in the transition, which is the case of our study, its interaction and its attitudes towards its initiatives.

It has become influential on the course of the transition and on the reasons for the failure and cessation of the political process, especially after exploiting it to extend until it reaches the power and control of the joints of the State.

The study is based on the assumption that non state actors particularly violent ones, including the Houthi movement, play a major role in the failure of the transition period and in the widespread stability and chaos, especially in view of the weakness of the State as opposed to the ability of these actions to close the State's vacuum, even at the level of its territories of influence and control
