Sayyid Qutb's work is dominated by the concept of jahiliyya.
In developing this theory, Qutb took as one of his bases the idea of hakimiyya Its ultimate goal was to establish an Islamic order, that is, an Islamic state supervised and guided by the hakimiyya.
In the Islamic state of hakimiyya, God is the supreme lawgiver, justice, and the ultimate source of governmental and legal authority.
God does not come down to rule, but comes down his shari'a (law) to rule.
This article exposes a Manichean vision of a radical Islam through a literary Sayyid Qutb, one of the most influential Muslim thinkers of the 20th century, within the most well-known fundamentalist movement of the current which dates back to the fifties of the last century, in the East in the detriment of a secularized Arab nationalism, before the latter gives way to a fundamentalism which tries to monopolize the public and political space

L'œuvre de Sayyid Qutb est dominée par le concept de jahiliyya.
En développant cette théorie, Qutb a pris comme l'une de ses bases l'idée de hakimiyya.
Son but ultime était d'établir un ordre islamique, c'est-à-dire un État islamique supervisé et guidé par la hakimiyya.
Dans l'État islamique de hakimiyya, Dieu est le législateur suprême, la justice et la source ultime de l'autorité gouvernementale et légale.
Dieu ne descend pas pour gouverner, mais descend sa shari'a (loi) pour gouverner.
Cet article expose une vision manichéenne d'une islamité radicale à travers un littéraire Sayyid Qutb un des penseurs musulmans les plus influents du XXe siècle, au sein du mouvement fondamentaliste le plus connu de courant qui remonte aux années cinquante du siècle dernier, en Orient au détriment d'un nationalisme arabe laïcisé, avant que ce dernier ne cède la place à un fondamentalisme qui tente d'accaparé l'espace publique et politique.
